Welcome to the Website of the United Nations Delegation’s Women’s Club, UNDWC.

Membership in the Club is open to all women delegates and to spouses of delegates of Permanent Missions and Permanent Observers offices to the United Nations. Its goals are to offer interesting and enjoyable events as well as to create a pleasant atmosphere where new friendships can be established and maintained. The UNDWC also aims at providing newly-arrived members with useful information to help them settle in New York.

Every month, the UNDWC offers an afternoon tea, hosted by different countries and annually by the Hospitality Committee for UN Delegates (HCUND). We meet new and old friends in pleasant surroundings and learn about the hosting countries through the presentations they provide.

Part of the UNDWC’s goals is to lend a helping hand to those in need, particularly disadvantaged women and children. That is why the Raffles at our monthly teas and special events are so important. At the end of each club year, we give the funds that we raise through the Raffles to a charitable organization.
